    Hello, There's a thread on this topic at: SOLVED - CSF / LFD Failing, Strange Error Could you verify if updating to the latest version of CSF addresses the issue? If you are already using the latest version, could you let us know if you have tried restarting the CSF service? Thank you.

    I've been getting the notice for several months. At least since CSF v10.07. It has since been upgraded six times to v10.13. And restarted many, many times. The other threads suggest update and restart, but that hasn't worked. How do I determine which processes are locking this file and its current status?
