Deferred due to greylisting question
Hi,
I'm having some problems with this error on incoming E-mail. Several of my clients are reporting missing E-mail. I thought this was a setting in Exim, but i can't seem to remove it. I tried disabeling "
greylisting
" in Exim. But I'm guessing that there might be a better way to solve this?

Hello :), Firstly, check if the server IP is blacklisted with any Database or not. Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted Also setup SPF and DKIM for your domain so that the email you send can get authenticated by the recipient mail server. 0 -
Incoming mail is can be deferred by Greylisting if you have enabled the Greylisting service. If the Greylisting filter is enabled, the message you are seeing is quite normal, and will be applied to all incoming mail that your server receives. Please see Greylisting - Version 64 Documentation - cPanel Documentation for full details. WHM Server wide settings Home >> Email >> Greylisting Individual cPanel Account settings (per domain) cPanel >> EMAIL >> Configure Greylisting 0 -
