    Hi, When the timeout occurs, what error actually does occur in the backend? Can you check what is it that is logged in the file: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log*

    Hello Michael, With @24x7server help we have made changes on the server regarding the resolution of the DNS. The backup has also been validated and attached to the server.

    FYI, we have added pair into the /etc/hosts . this was the temporary fix. After more investigation we found that the server has a problem with IPv6 connection. So we re-configured the network with proper IPv6 values and everything is fine now. Hope this helps.
