Changing A Entry Hostname

Hello, I try to change my server ip. and I when I try change A entry hostname it look success but when I check it again it's back to normal. How can I change it ? or I must restart the server first ? Thanks

  You are trying to change the main IP of the server ? is it a VPS or a dedicated server ?

  Hello, Could you verify how you are checking to verify the configured "A" record for the hostname? Does the proper entry exist under the parent domain name's DNS zone when checking via "WHM >> DNS Functions >> Edit DNS Zone"? Thank you.
