Email problem

Hello, I have an Email Address set to send email and receive. I can receive email without problem But if I send an email to gmail, it go directly to spam, And if it's to Hotmail i have this message : This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed Even if i replay to a message ... Also I cannot connect the email adress to outlook 2016 "421 cannot connect to SMTP server" How can I fix those two problems ? Thanks for your help :) Yang
