Logging all cPanel, WHM and Webmail access

i've received conflicting information. For a reseller/Administrator, does there exist logging features within the current cpanel toolset offering to log all whm, cpanel and webmail access ? If in the affirmative, in whole or in part, so appreciate some guidance on this. Thank you.

  Hi, From the WHM, you can login to the individual cPanel accounts and do the stuff. If you are reseller, then you have to contact your host to ask them what level of features/permissions they have given for your reseller account..

  Hello, cPanel, WHM, and Webmail activity is logged to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log. The ability to review this log file is restricted to the root user. Thank you.
