Internal server error

Internal Server Error 500 No response from subprocess ( (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 1 when it ended. cpsrvd/11.64.0.29 Server at - Removed -
This message is in my error_log... The homepage is "available", but you can only see the background picture, but nothing else. I'm not a pro, so I'm a little messed up right now. Can anybdy help me please?

  Hello, You have to contact to your hosting provider as your Access Level is cPanel. If you have root access for your server then try following
  /scripts/upcp --force

  Thanks for your feedback. As I'm a complete "noob", can you tell me where to put the line/command "/scripts/upcp --force"? Or what to do with it?

  Hello, You have to contact to your hosting provider as you have not root access to run command.
