Apuntar subdominio a mi dominio adicional

Hola a todos y gracias de antemano Mi caso es el siguiente: Dispongo de un dominio dominio_wix.com en Wix y necesito que el subdomino cpanel.dominio_wix.com apunte un dominio adicional / Alias que tengo en un cpanel Hasta ahora he hecho A) Pase los DNS del dominio dominio_wix.com a Wix Cree el dominio cpanel.dominio_wix.com como un adicional en cPanel Configure en Wix un registro A de cpanel.dominio_wix.com hacia la IP del servidor en cPanel Cree en el cPanel un registro A de cpanel.dominio_wix.com hacia la IP del servidor en cPanel B) Pase los DNS del dominio dominio_wix.com a Wix Cree el dominio cpanel.dominio_wix.com como un Alias en cPanel Configure en Wix un registro A de cpanel.dominio_wix.com hacia la IP del servidor en cPanel Cree en el cPanel un registro A de cpanel.dominio_wix.com hacia la IP del servidor en cPanel En ambos casos Efectivamente al hacer nslookup de cpanel.dominio_wix.com otengo la IP del servidor cPanel, pero al tratar de acceder por el navegador obtengo el siguiente error: SORRY! If you are the owner of this website, please contact your hosting provider: webmaster@cpanel.dominio_wix.com It is possible you have reached this page because: The IP address has changed... There has been a server misconfiguration... The site may have moved to a different server... Saludos

  1. You are using the wrong IP, make sure you are looking at the IP that shows in cPanel and don't go off of your server IP in case you are assigned a different IP. In cPanel click the "Server Information" link and locate the IP, it will say either: Shared IP Address or Dedicated IP Address 2. cpanel.dominio_wix.com - This is actually the proxy subdomain which may be causing an issue, hard to say. Do you have any other subdomains that DO work besides ones that start with cpanel/webmail/whm? 3. It does work, you may of visited the URL to fast before Apache restarted and changes took place and now the SORRY page is cached in your browser, try using Incognito mode or clear your browser history.

  Hello, To expand upon the previous post, you may also want to report this issue to your web hosting provider to verify there are no special configurations on the server that would restrict access to the "cpanel" subdomain.
