Find email account password

Hi Is there anyway to find out the password for a cPanel client? I need to resupply the config file as they have updated their phone, but no ones saved the password, so we don't know what it is, we could reset it, but they access on their laptop too. Wayne

  There isn't. You'll need to set a new password.
