Emails not being delivered no error message
Hi A client is complaining that some emails are not being delivered but no error message is being sent.
I ran a check using MX Toolbox and got the following warnings:
SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch - Reverse DNS does not contain the hostname
SMTP Banner Check Reverse - DNS does not match SMTP Banner
SMTP TLS Warning - Does not support TLS.
SMTP Transaction Time 15.169 seconds - Not good! on Transaction Time
Do I need to start playing with the EXIM configuration or are these possibly false alarms?

Hello, The following document is a good place to start: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Once you have ensured those guidelines are followed, review /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if there's any additional information about what happened to an affected message if the issue persists. EX: exigrep affected-email@domain.tld /var/log/exim_mainlog
