FTPS not working

Hi, I am unable to login to my FTP server. My settings are: TLS Encryption Support : optional Broken Clients Compatibility: yes I have installed the certificate from commerical CA and enabled the certificate for services such as mail, FTP, etc. Now, when I connect to my FTPS server, I get the below log in Filezilla: Status: Connecting to ftp.domain.com:21... Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ---------- Response: 220-You are user number 7 of 100 allowed. Response: 220-Local time is now 22:03. Server port: 21. Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity. Command: AUTH TLS Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity Error: Could not connect to server So it just ends here. I am not getting SSL certficate displayed in my Filezilla. I guess thats the reason it just times out after command: AUTH TLS. Any idea how to fix? Thanks.

Unfortunately, no. I did check that thread but it was not in my case. I also completely turned off the CSF, but still doesn't work. Also, I cannot even turn verbose logs on in pure-ftpd server. I applied the "verboseLog yes" parameter, but it doesn't show logs verbose.
