Newly registered domain not receiving external emails
Hi, I recently had a domain registered. I'm hosting it with a reseller account. Usually (other domains) as soon as I create the email addresses, they are functional including the default account after selecting the appropriate setting.
This time I have not configured anything new but emails sent to the domain are failing and give the following error:
"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:"
What could possibly be wrong?

You might want to check the dns for the domain using a site like intodns.com. 0 -
Thanks for the tip. It turns out, it was a firewall entry that had to be corrected. Its resolved now. 0
