Server fails to boot up

Hi, After I use "System Update" in WHM to update kernel, my server stuck at grub during boot up. The OS I'm using is CentOS. The screen show me "Grub>" and nothing else, can anyone please help on this? May I know how to fix it? I try to open a ticket to cPanel support but it requires "Support Access ID", unfortunately I can't get the ID because my server is down. Regards, Peter

  You should really contact your Hosting Provider you rent the server from for help with this.

  The issue related OS or server hardware setting so you need to contact to your server providers as they will check this issue through console.
