Reseller can access all cPanel accounts

Hi, I am using WHM and related cPanel to resell hosting from many years. I am very happy with it, no issues. I just noted that WHM administrators can enter any cPanel of customers and even enter the emails if they use cPanel created email instead of Gmail or other email services. Neither can be done if they use pop/imap and "delete email from server" option. Does customers know it? How usually should I answer in case they ask me this question? Is there a way i could disable administrator to enter the email? Like eventually create users in WHM with limited power? Any suggestion will be appreciate. Thank you

  You can disable the option here: WebHost Manager "Server Configuration "Tweak Settings, System Tab, Accounts that can access a cPanel user account: This setting specifies who can access a user"s cPanel account. Account-Owner refers to the particular reseller that owns the user account. Note: Disabling root access here will also disable root"s access to the Branding Editor in WHM.
  Your customers do not have access to this account switching menu.
