AutoSSL Failure for Hostname
I'm trying to renew my hostname SSL but basically it says this:
[WARN] The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: (XID wx2atr) The system queried for a temporary file at ", but the web server responded with the following error: 404 (Not Found). A DNS (Domain Name System) or web server misconfiguration may exist.
Really annoying me now and I can't work out a way. I've tried to create a .htaccess in the htdocs folder to allow for .txt files but it doesn't seem to obey it.

Is the file 35485B5BB09C4CED28A80EF43E8D124X.txt in the root of your domain? It should be. 0 -
Yes, it's in the ht docs folder, the hostname doesnn't have a main account as it's the server hostname. 0 -
Hello, Could you let us know the version of cPanel installed on this server? EX: cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
Also, please run the following commands and let us know the result:/scripts/whoowns $domain.tld curl -vvv http://hostname.domain.tld/$DCVFILE.txt
Replace "$domain.tld" with the parent domain name the server's hostname is associated with. Thank you.0 -
It returns a 404 error page. I can access any .html file that I upload to the folder, just not .txt files. 0 -

Can you confirm that your server's hostname is properly resolving to the server's main IP address? Thank you.0
