System files not saved to Amazon S3

I have recently set up an S3 account and having nightly backups saved there in addition to the local backup on separate backup drive. Although I have settings to both save and transfer system files, only the accounts are being transferred to S3. No system files are being saved. Accounts and system files are being saved to the local hdd. Is this expected behavior? Thanks.

  Hello, Could you verify if you notice any error messages during the transportation of the system files to the remote destination? The backup transport logs are located in the "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter/" directory. Thank you.

  Hello Michael, Thanks for that. The only error was mine. I was expecting a file/folder layout as it is in the local backups. The system tar is there nestled happily among the account tars. Easy to find when you know what to look for. Thanks again, sorry to bother you.
