Viewing site before DNS propagates
I've opened a reseller account on a shared server.
When I try to view a site before the DNS propagates I get the following not found error:
107.161.xx.xx/cp_errordocument.shtml (port 80)

Hi, You don't have to wait for DNS propagation for checking a website. You can spoof it. Just create a local DNS entry on your machine to lookup the website to new IP. On a Windows client machine, just navigate to the path " C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc " here you will fine a file named hosts. Open this file as administrator to edit it and you will fine an example in this file just follow that example and you can browse your website directly using URL.. 0 -
