Can't create a downloadable profile

I am running cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 30) and I am unable to create a profile from my existing settings so that I can download the profile for a new server. The docs say WHM 66 is needed... Do I need to travel into the future? EasyApache 4 - Create a Profile - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation Nowhere do I see "Convert to profile".

  They've all got download links on them: 47699 From the docs: We strongly recommend that you download a current EasyApache 4 profile and modify it to meet your needs. If you download an existing profile, it will already be in JSON format.
  You'd download and edit then upload to another server. Editing a profile on server and then downloading that customized profile from within WebHost Manager is not supported, AFAIK.

  Is there a way to clone all settings in WHM from one server to another? I had a server with Wiredtree. They were bought out by Liquidweb. They migrated my server from the Wiredtree facility to the LW facility and most of the tweaks and settings I had in WHM on the old server did not make it to the new server. Such as my EasyApache configuration. Their migration support is pretty incompetent (this is the 4th server of mine they screwed up) and I'm trying to do it myself.
