Apache 2.4.27

I'm aware of a "major bug" that prevented you from releasing Apache 2.4.26, but what's happening about releasing Apache 2.4.26/27? There are 5 security fixes in Apache 2.4.26 and I'm surprised cPanel has still not released it!

  Howdy, We're planning to release 2.4.27 on July 18th. We're doing some pretty heavy testing on this to ensure we're not releasing anything broken.
