Hello, You may want to use a website such as IntoDNS to verify the affected domain name uses the name servers provided by your web hosting provider. Also, check the "Email Filters" and "Global Email Filters" options in cPanel to make sure the emails are not moved due to the default mailbox due to existing filter rules. Thank you. 0 -
@cPanelMichael what do i need to look for in the filters please 0 -
Do you have any filters setup? 0 -
i have not set any up i just put email address i want and domain name i need and then the password i want and that is it 0 -
Ok, so you have no filters enabled. As suggested, please check your domain name dns. You can do this by going to intodns.com. Type in your domain name there in the form, wait for the check to complete and see if there's any issues highlighted in red that might need fixing. Assuming that's all good on the dns end of things, could you expand on this comment a bit more? i am not getting any emails for it they are going in my default address which is set up on the server
Emails for what, exactly? This sounds like you've got some sort of email form setup that people can contact you with or something? More details might be helpful here. :)0 -
All DNS is ok click for DNS - removed - check. And as for emails i have sent a email from my personal email address to the email address linked to website which i set up using my cpanel that i got on my server and im not getting the emails to my email address linked to my website if that makes any sence 0 -

I recommend reporting this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look at /var/log/exim_mainlog to see why you are not receiving any email. Thank you.0 -

Hello, cPanel's Technical Support Department is unaffiliated with your provider's support team so you'd need to consult with them to determine their response time policy. If you'd like an update on your provider's support ticket with us, you can ask them for the ticket number so we can check on it's status. Thank you.0 -

This is what i got from server company about this problem Actually the mails are not clearly been routed with the IP address for your account so we did a detailed study on this with merging the mailing IP to the domain and the account with the help of the cpanel support.0 -
Someone using the email address thats linked to cpaneltester has sorted the problem 0 -
It sounds to me like they set up your dedicated IP to send mail from: How to Configure the Exim Outgoing IP Address - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation 0
