Account actions log?

Hello Experts, I just want to know if any of the domain email account has created a forwarder, how can i know that when it was created? Is it possible to get the following information? 1 - IP address of forwarder created 2 - Date and Time when forwarder was created 3 - Was it created with email account or by using cPanel account Your response will be really appreciated.   Try this:
  grep doaddfwd /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log | grep username
  replace username with the cPanel username
