Dealing with spam and blocked servers

Hi, I am the founder of - Removed - we have trouble getting a newsletter to everyones inbox. The word 'booty' in our website name doesn't help as some email clients see that as porn! However, 20 or 30 thousand emails get blocked by our own server and also black listed at the receiving end. We DO NOT pass on our email list to 3rd parties and recipients have a clear option to opt out of the newsletter. Does anyone have any ideas to help us get newsletters out there better as it can really affect business. Many thanks, Mark at OCB
