How to set Wix domain mails to point to webmail/cpanel accounts?

My client have a domain at Wix but he want to use cpanel/webmail mailing. He has a main site hosted at Wix under the primary domain like : example.com.br And also has system hosted externally and managed with cpanel under a subdomain like : system.example.com.br He want to you the subdomail as main mail box but the email addresses on cpanel are generated under the subdomain like : email@system.example.com.br and he wants email@example.com.br. Is there a way to change this on cpanel or is impossible?

  Hi, You will have to point the MX record of the website to the hosting provider in this case. Things depends on how you are pointing your domain to the wix.. Whether it is pointing directly from the domain registrar end or from the hosting provider end. I think it is from the domain registrar end. Anways, from where it is pointing, just make sure you add the MX record and point it to the hosting provider end..

  Who hosts the domains nameservers? Wix or the cPanel server?

  Hello, You'd need to update the MX records to point to the cPanel server at the DNS host of the domain name, and then add the primary domain name as an alias or addon domain name to the existing cPanel account. You will then be able to create email accounts for the parent domain name (e.g. user1@domain.tld). Thank you.
