    Hello, Please make sure Apache mod_userdir is enabled on the server. You have to check o WHM >> Security >> Security Center >> Apache mod_userdir Tweak

    Regarding domain showing blank white page, make sure the DNS update for the domain to point to new server is correct. Try Clearing browser cache. Even check if all the files where transferred correctly, most of the time such issue occurs when the transfer is not done completely, in that case better try to transfer things once again.
