I need to generate a ticket for the WHM server payment it is hosted by my provider. I can not generate a ticket for payment only in the form of invoice, I need to generate the ticket for payment in the bank.

  Hello, Is this for a payment to your hosting provider, or have you purchased a license directly from cPanel? If this is for payment to your provider, then you will need to contact them directly for assistance with making a payment.
