Problem connecting to CalDAV

Hello, Do you notice any output to the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpdavd_error_log file when attempting to make the connection? Additionally, could you try opening the Horde webmail client for the corresponding email account, creating the calendar in Horde, and then reloading the Calendar application on your Mac to see if that fixes the issue? Thank you.

I don't have shell access and I don't see the usr directory in file manager.

Hello, That's actually not something you can check without root access to the system. Were you able to try the instructions related to Horde from my last response? Thank you.

I tried creating another calendar in Horde, but the error remains. But the error is for the entire account, not just one calendar. I searched my console for anything with "com.apple.calendar" and here's the output.

I think I fixed it. I removed the account from my computer, and deleted the ~/Library/Calendars directory, which contained caches and other things. I re-added the account, and it seems to be synchronizing without error now. While adding the account, the Calendar app behaves very strangely. The calendar account doesn't show up, and it clears configuration fields after you fill them, so it took many attempts. It might have been rebuilding in the background though, so it's best to just let it simmer a while, or try disabling/enabling the account a few times, or relaunching. Would be nice if there were some kind of progress indicator.

Hello, Note that we do have an internal case open (CPANEL-7505) to track reports of this issue. I'll monitor the case and update this thread with new information as it becomes available. Thank you.

The error is back again today.

If you create the new calendar in Horde, and then reload the Calendar application, does the issue persist? Thank you.

I think I got the error after either duplicating an event, or set up a recurring one. After I deleted the offending event, the error went away. I just avoid duplicating events, and I haven't had the error since.
