Move website from older version of cPanel Question

Hello! I am a web developer and online marketer. I have been working with Joomla as my CMS of preference in the past 6 years and feel I wish to migrate to the latest cPanel version given the outstanding feedback I have received over the last year. My current website (in Joomla) - Removed - performs very well on search engines and I wonder if some of you could provide me with feedback on the migration from an older cPanel install to the latest, because I feel I will lose some of my rankings on the short run, and wish to confirm if it is worth the move. Any feedback, positive or negative is well appreciated. Aloha!

  Hello, Could you provide some more information about your existing setup? For instance, do you purchase shared hosting from a web hosting provider, or is this a VPS/Dedicated server? What version of cPanel is currently installed on the system? Thank you.
