Partial Failure Error with Backup

Hi recently i have update to new backup system ... but we have some problem i have double check FTP-Backup server, its working fine. but there is error on cPanel server

  Hello, I found a similar report with the same error message during backups that was the result of a custom cron job used to clear temporary files running at the same time as backups. Could you run the below command and let us know the output?
  crontab -l|grep tmp

  Hello, Do you have sufficient disk space and inodes available on the local cPanel server where the backups are generated? You can check with these commands:
  df -h df -i
