webmail subdomain

Hi all cPanel Version 64.0 (build 33) Usually after I add a domain, when I access the webmail.mydomain.com it goes to the webmail section (were I can login to my email of that domain). But now, when I added a new domain, the webmail.mynewdomain.com it's not working (server dns address could not be found). I tried also with mynewdomain.com/webmail or mail but arenot working. I'm very new at cpanel, I only have access to a hosting account using cpanel. Thanks!

  Hello, Does this domain name use name servers associated with IP addresses added to the cPanel server? You can check this using a website such as IntoDNS.com. If not, check with your hosting provider to see which name servers are recommended for use. Thank you.
