DKIM Lookup failing
Hi all
I have an issue where Gmail is marking all emails sent from my domain (tsena.co.bw) as SPAM. Initially there was no PTR, SPF and DKIM records for the domain, I have sent all these records to the domain registrar and they are all working except DKIM. I'm wondering if there's anything I've missed when copying this record from cPanel. I went to Mail > Authentication and copied the record under DKIM and sent it to the ISP (I kept the selector as
default._domainkey as it appears on cPanel). I did the same thing with SPF and it worked.
Please help me in troubleshooting this. The cPanel server is hosted internally while the domain name is hosted externally so we rely on the provider to add all our DNS records.
I have read several threads here including this document by cPanel

Hello, Could you verify how you are testing the DKIM record and determining that it's not configured properly? You may also want to direct your provider to the following post if they need to change how the DKIM record is added at the DNS hosting provider for the domain name: incorrect DKIM key generated by cPanel Thank you. 0 -

Hello, I recommend reaching out to the DNS provider that set up the DKIM record for this domain name to determine if a change to the record is required. The thread referenced in my last response should help with that. Thank you. 0
