Spoofed message
Hey,
I've a very strange problem. One of my clients wants to have a contact form 7 and everytime he tests the form with the to email sent to info@hisdomain.com the email he receives is not shown and he gets the following email: see print screen.
I really don't know what the problem is and how to fix it.. We already looked into the web server settings --> the company that blocks the emails sent us a really unclear reply, that we should create a username and a password on the web server (cyon). However, we do not know what he means by that.
Desperately awaiting any ideas and help!

They most likely want you to create actual mailboxes for each, I am assuming info@ exists but no-reply@ doesn't. You would want to log into the cPanel account via domain.tld:2083/ and create both email accounts. If they do exist, then you most likely need to use SMTP authentication which you can do using a plugin like: Postman SMTP Mailer/Email Log 0 -
