    Hello, Are you able to access this system via SSH as "root"? If so, review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log to see what the specific output is when you attempt to login to WHM as the root user. It's possible the account is locked out by cPhulk. Thank you.

    It gives Authentication Failed when trying to access via SSH as root. I had cPhulk disabled. Thank you

    Hello, It's possible you are using the wrong root password, or the root password was changed on the system. I recommend checking with your provider to determine the best approach to resetting the root password if you are unable to access the server as root via SSH or WHM. Thank you.
