Reseller mails when bandwidth/disk space reaches limit

Is this not a thing yet? I've been searching but haven't been able to come up with something that clearly states whether or not resellers get emails when one of their accounts is reaching a limit.

  You need to set alert under the root WHM >> tweak setting to notify resellers when disk quota of some user under them is full.

  Hello, The earlier post is correct. The following options are available under the "Notifications" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings" for disk space usage warnings: Notify admin or reseller when disk quota reaches "warn" state Notify admin or reseller when disk quota reaches "critical" state Notify admin or reseller when disk quota reaches "full" state For bandwidth, the notification is sent to the user, and is controlled via the following options: Bandwidth limit check Send bandwidth limit notification emails Thanks!

  Hi Michael, That was exactly what I found. I enabled all of the options for disk quota, and then I searched for 'bandwidth'. For what I know, bandwidth limit emails are only sent to the client, right? Our reseller would like to receive them as well. Any option for that?

  Hello, That's correct, bandwidth warning notifications are sent to the cPanel user. It's not possible to enable account bandwidth usage notifications for the administrator or reseller, but I encourage you to open a feature request if you'd like to see that added to the product: Submit A Feature Request There's also another feature request you may want to vote for: Bandwidth overruns - notify only, don't suspend account Thanks!
