I'm using CentOS 7, and the latest WHM. The server has plenty of resources available.
Any idea what could be causing this?

Hello, Is this a VPS running on the OpenVZ platform? If so, do you notice any fail counts when reviewing the /proc/user_beancounters file? EX: cat /proc/user_beancounters
Thank you.0 -
Hi, not sure in what platform is running, but in any case, that file doesn't exist: cat /proc/user_beancounters cat: /proc/user_beancounters: No such file or directory 0 -
Hi, Can you execute the below command manually on your server and provide the complete output. You might fine executing this command manually may restart the service properly, when the automated one failed. # /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/restartsrv_cpanellogd Please give it a try once and update with the result here.. 0 -

Hello, It looks like the cpanellogd service is running well based on that output. Did you only receive a single notification about it's failure, or do you continue to receive additional notifications that it's failed? Thank you. 0 -
Indeed, seems to be running, but I received several of those notifications so far, not from yesterday though. I wanted to know what could be the cause of the issue. 0 -
Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature if you'd like us to take a closer look to see if there's anything indicating why it failed. Thanks! 0
