Change PTR Record

Hello, I'm trying to get de-listed from CSI, then have a default PTR, so, my IP address point to domain name like "ipXXX.ip-XXX-XXX-XXX.net", how I can change this value to another like? I attached the screenshot of the error. Thanks for any help.

  Hello, It's typically only possible to change the RDNS record for your server's IP address through an interface offered by your hosting provider, or by having their support team setup the record for you. I recommend contacting your provider to request a RDNS record for your server's IP address pointing to your server's hostname. Thanks!
