Hello, Could you verify how the copy of the email is sent? Is it achieved through a forwarder configured in webmail, or is the sender adding the Google email address to the CC line when sending the email? Thank you.

Hello, Gmail is essentially acting as the email client in this scenario (it's using POP3/IMAP and SMTP). The email user could do the same thing with any other email client (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird). The easiest way I can think of to prevent this from working would be to setup a firewall rule that blocks access to the IMAP and POP3 ports from Google's IP ranges. CSF is a useful plugin for managing firewall rules should you want to do that: ConfigServer Security & Firewall (csf) Thank you.

My boss approve this and I already no issue with this one. But another problem arise, I can't receive Gmail incoming emails I have open port 465-25-995-993-587 etch both in service manager and CSF but still gmail incoming emails cant pass through when csf is enable Take note there's no gmail incoming email trace on tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog I can only receive gmail emails if I disable csf

Could you confirm if you have blocked any of Google's IP addresses in your firewall rules, and if so, verify how exactly the block is configured? Thank you.
