I have two websites on my VPS using one IP address through a single cpanel account, my two domains are hosted by namecheap and my VPS is hosted elsewhere,, if I enable auto SSL will this secure both domains?

  Hello, Yes, as long as the domain names resolve to the IP address associated with the account on the cPanel server. Thank you.

  Two questions 1. Do I have to pay for Auto SSL in cpanel? 2. Or does Auto SSL just function and renew itself automatically? A brief explanation would be appreciated

  Hello, You do not need to pay for auto SSL, are you using lets encrypt as a SSL provider or default Cpanel ? Both are free and there is no renewal charges for SSL as it renews the SSL automatically after the expiration date.
