Unable to access cPanel

Hi I am new in the cpanel. Thus I decided to change my cpanel website password I can no more connect to the admin. The cpanel denies my E-mail adress and have no access to the web FTP server as adiministrator. I need help verily, please What must I do to solve it and retake control of my website frame and the server

  You would need to contact your web host to reset your password.

  Hello, You'd need to contact your web hosting provider, as mentioned in the previous response. They should be able to restore access to your account or verify why it's not working. Thanks!
