Redirect ALL port 2083 requests to the server's hostname

I'm having an issue figuring out how to redirect ALL traffic to a user's cpanel ports to the server's hostname. I've seen it done on other servers. Basically, what I want to do is redirect . I'm aware of how to redirect

  Hello Robbie, There are no options included with cPanel & WHM that allow you to redirect requests when a user includes the port number in the URL. The existing redirect options are designed for access attempts to cPanel/WHM/Webmail using /cpanel, /whm, or /webmail in the URL. Is there a specific reason you prefer to redirect requests to the server's hostname? As of cPanel version 60, SSL certificates are available per-domain for services such as cPanel/WHM/Webmail with the use of the AutoSSL and Domain TLS features: What is Domain TLS - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

  Due to CSF not being able to block the proper IP address when using CloudFlare, and thus being able to try as many passwords as they want, (using a script to block IPs using CloudFlare's API only secures a single site from brute force) I want to restrict users to using a domain I control to log in so that I can use the CloudFlare API to secure it from brute force.

  This is somewhat what I implemented, thank you. I blocked CloudFlare's IP ranges to those ports in CSF.
