Blacklist email by sender name
I'm an end user of cPanel SpamAssissin and want to know if there is any way to mark incoming mail based on the the string that appears in the sender field. For example, SA doesn't mark as spam some emails with "Sams Club Rewards" or "Macys" or "Amazon Prime" etc. I can't see an easy fix in the end user manual (though so much of it is obscure).

I've just found the cPanel filtering option, so I may be better off using this and see if this solves the problem. 0 -
Well, since you are end user try contacting your hosting provider support and they will get back to you with the solution. 0 -

A few years ago yes, but now its all been outsourced to India or the Philippines and its like talking to children. I know more than they do. My spammer seems to be a Christian as I never get spam on a Sunday so I'll see how my other option works tomorrow.0 -
Hello, The filter options available in cPanel should work for this purpose: How to Configure Mail Filters - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Let us know if that helps. Thank you. 0
