Auto SSL request pending for nearly 4 days

Hi, I've had a request for an SSL certificate pending for 4 days now (order ID 223262231). Is there currently a problem? The original request failed because it was unable to overwrite the self-signed certificate. So I set it to "Force" and have now been waiting since 27th July - it was picked up on a poll at 2am on 28th but is still pending. Is anyone else having problems with the pending queue? Thanks.
