Buenas noches amigos, soy nuevo usuario de cpanel, tengo una consulta, cuando quiero crear una nueva cuenta en mi WHM me dice un error:
(XID 3dm552) Ya existe una entrada DNS para el dominio "example.com". Para continuar, debe eliminar esta entrada DNS de todos los servidores del cl"ster DNS. usted me podr"a ayudar por favor...

Hi, First of all I would like you to check your server to see if you created this account previously ? because the DNS already exists suggests that the domain you are creating already has a DNS zone present on your server or may be you have your server in a DNS cluster where the DNS are clubbed together to check the existence of DNS zone.. If you have a single server that is independent, then you can login into the Home >> DNS Functions >> Delete a DNS Zone .. and delete the DNS zone for the domain you want to create.. Hello, As a reseller, check to see if the zone exists when viewing zones in "WHM >> Edit DNS Zone". If it does not, or if you do not have access to that feature, please report the issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.
