No puedo acceder a sitio sin dominio

Saludos, Estoy intentando ingresar a un sitio sin dominio a trav"s de mi IP, he leido que se puede ingresar a trav"s de ip/~usuario pero no carga, me muestra 404 Not Found Please forward this error screen to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Mi pregunta es, debo configurar alguna opci"n para que esto funcione? Debo colocar algun puerto despu"s del IP para que funcione? Gracias por su apoyo!
