  Hello, It's not possible to disable this feature by default. The only way to prevent it from sending is to manually uncheck the "Send welcome email with mail client configuration instructions" option when creating the email account. I encourage you to vote for the feature request linked in the previous post if you'd like to see that functionality added to the product. Thanks!
