Outlook test message
I can send and receive messages on from a web site reseller server
BUT my sister can't with the same config/ports/authentication/security and email client Outlook 2016/365 and email account.
The ports required are also different for thunderbird and for outlook and what cpanel recommends ( see below)
My reseller is an ultra small business and is a bit stuck

Hello @renovator, Could you verify if there's a specific error message when sending or receiving fails? Typically when the same authentication credentials work for one person, but not another, it's related to firewall or ISP-level restrictions on the computer of the person that cannot connect.
