    Hello, Do you have root access to the system? If so, see if you can find more details about the email using "WHM >> Mail Delivery Reports". Or, if you only have cPanel access, you use the "Track Delivery" option. Also, it's possible this is related to an issue with Outlook as opposed to the server.
