AutoSSL Issue, Pending for more than 6 days

Hello, AutoSSL does not work in my WHM, I copied the log message below:

AutoSSL will attempt to replace this certificate. 3:19:39 PM The system will attempt to renew SSL certificates for the following websites: 3:19:39 PM domain.cn (domain.cn www.domain.cn mail.domain.cn webmail.domain.cn cpanel.domain.cn webdisk.domain.cn) 3:19:39 PM The system has completed the AutoSSL check for "user". ----------------
I found tow records in "Pending Queue":

I replaced my domain and user name. Everyone can tell me, how can I fix the issue? Thanks for advice,

  Hello Terry, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look to see if there's a specific reason the certificates have not yet been issued? Thank you.
