yum update - The requested URL returned error

How do i resolve this issue?
root@server.domain.com [~]# yum update Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, security, universal-hooks Setting up Update Process Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/ea4-c$releasever-x86_64-mirrorlist error was 14: PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found" Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: EA4 root@server.domain.com [~]#
