Hello, You can send a GTUBE test message to verify SpamAssassin is working via the instructions at: SpamAssassin: The GTUBE Check to see if the test SPAM message is delivered to the inbox of the account. Thank you.

Where your spamassassin filtered mail will end up is dependent on how you have set up the service in Tweak settings and in the cPanel settings for that domain. With respect to webmail - you may need to configure Horde to look in the .spam folder for filtered mail rather than in the .Junk folder (which I think is the default) - the problem here is that the .spam folder doesn't actually exist until it has had some spam mail filtered into it by spamassassin. Additionally, you may configure Horde to filter mails to any folder you specify, but this is not part of spamassassin In your file manager, you should be looking for folders marked .spam (if you have enabled it) or .Junk if you haven't. Full details of how it all works are available at Apache SpamAssassin - Documentation - cPanel Documentation
