mdbox oddness

To get my mail compresses, I converted all accounts on our server from maildir to mdbox, then mdbox to maildir. A couple mailboxes didn't convert from mdbox to maildir, the rest of their account got converted. Is there a command line option to convert these mailboxes? If not what is best practice to get this done? IMAPsync to an intermediate mailbox? Server information: CENTOS 7.3 vmware [cp] v66.0.8

  Hello, Yes, you can try it with the command line. Here are the some command for the mailbox Conversion
  /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/convert_mdbox_to_maildir [options] /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/convert_maildir_to_mdbox [options]
